Our Department emphasizes on cross-disciplinary research and educational programs in Ocean Science and Technology. We have three research foci: Marine Ecology, Oceanography, and Ocean Technology. The study sites include the estuary of the Pearl River, the coastal bays of Hong Kong, and the deep sea (including the South China Sea).
