On 31 August 2026, the Department of Ocean Science welcomed its Research Postgraduate (RPG) students at a Departmental Briefing Session. The session provided incoming students with essential information on departmental resources, academic requirements, and support services to help them begin their research journey at HKUST. The event also offered an opportunity for students to connect with fellow research postgraduates and faculty members, and addressed questions from the new cohort.
The Department of Ocean Science extends a warm welcome to all new RPG students and wishes them a successful and rewarding research experience ahead.
