About the Speaker:
Dr. Zuojun Yu is a physical oceanographer and freelance English editor. She has a B.S. in marine meteorology from Shandong College of Oceanography (now Ocean University of China), an M.S. in tropical meteorology from Sun Yat-sen University, and a Ph.D. in physical oceanography from Nova University (now Nova Southeastern University). She did translation checking (English to Chinese) for Scientific American article Walls of water (https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/walls-of-water-make-chaotic-c... ), and for a book on city drinking water, Water 4.0: The Past, Present, and Future of the World’s Most Vital Resource (http://www.water4point0.com ).
